There are many reasons why you may need to take advantage of a Maintenance Contract; perhaps your existing supplier does not give the level of service you expect, or contract staff were used to set up some of your systems. Whatever the circumstances, we will conduct an audit (charged at 80% of our usual rate) and draw up an agreement which is right for you.

Our Maintenance Contracts are designed on a per customer basis, to ensure that we cater for your exact requirements. However, some of the elements that you may wish to include in your contract are: Inclusive consultancy hours, either on a per month or per annum basis Data backup, import and export, either on a regular or ad-hoc basis Database hosting on our own resilient servers, allowing secure access via the internet Service Level Agreements Data Protection compliance checks We are commited to protecting our clients' Intellectual Property, and as such all Maintenance Contracts are subject to Non-Disclosure Agreements.
